Coratina

The olive variety  Coratina is from the Corato area in the heart of Puglia, Apulia for the locals.

This extra virgin olive oil has a green colour with yellow reflections , its fruitiness is medium to high with reminiscences to almonds, artichokes. Bitter and peppery will suit any palate who loves strong flavours.
